Course Overview
The BSc Environmental Science and Technology explores the scientific principles required to understand and protect natural ecosystems while addressing environmental challenges. Students study ecology, environmental chemistry, climate science, renewable energy, waste management, water quality, and environmental monitoring through fieldwork, laboratory classes, and research projects.
The programme develops practical skills in environmental assessment, sustainability, and scientific data analysis using modern technologies. Students learn to evaluate environmental policies and develop innovative solutions for sustainable resource management. Graduates are prepared for careers in environmental consultancy, government agencies, conservation, renewable energy, and research.
Entry Requirements
- Completion of 10 + 2 (Higher Secondary Certificate) with a minimum aggregate score of 75% including laboratory science (Chemistry, Biology, or Physics) and Mathematics.
- IELTS 6.5 (with no band less than 6.0), TOEFL iBT 92, PTE 63, or Duolingo 120.
- Secondary school science background check and environmental chemistry/physics competency review.
- Certified 10 + 2 transcripts, personal statement detailing scientific interest, and LORs.
- Valid passport copy, academic credential review, and visa processing documentation.
