Course Overview
The MSc Human Resource Management develops advanced expertise in managing people, organizational performance, and workplace development within modern organizations. Students study strategic human resource management, recruitment, employment law, employee relations, leadership, organizational behaviour, learning and development, and diversity management through practical case studies and research.
The programme strengthens leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills for managing human capital effectively. Students gain an understanding of ethical and evidence-based people management practices. Graduates are prepared for careers in human resources, organizational development, talent management, recruitment, and business consultancy.
Entry Requirements
- Certified copy of a recognized bachelor’s degree in Business, Humanities, or Social Sciences (minimum 60% or 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale).
- IELTS 6.5 (with no band lower than 6.0), TOEFL iBT 90, PTE 63, or Duolingo 120.
- HR profile check or professional background evaluation.
- Official university degree transcripts, updated CV/resume, two letters of recommendation, and statement of purpose.
- Valid passport copy, visa eligibility verification, and academic credential assessment.
