Course Overview
The MPharm (Hons) Pharmacy provides comprehensive education and professional training required for a career as a pharmacist in modern healthcare systems. Students study pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacology, therapeutics, medicines management, clinical pharmacy, patient care, and pharmacy practice through laboratory learning and professional placements.
The programme develops scientific knowledge, clinical judgement, communication skills, and ethical responsibility in medicine use. Entry Requirements
- Completion of 10 + 2 (Higher Secondary Certificate) with a minimum aggregate of 85% including Chemistry and Biology/Physics/Mathematics.
- IELTS 6.5 (with no band lower than 6.0), TOEFL iBT 90, PTE 63, or Duolingo 120.
- PSI integrity check, health screening, Garda clearance, and academic interview.
- Certified 10 + 2 mark sheets, official transcripts, statement of purpose, and academic recommendation letters.
- Valid passport copy, visa eligibility verification, and academic credential assessment.
