Course Overview

The LLM Construction Law provides specialist knowledge of legal issues affecting construction projects, infrastructure development, contracts, arbitration, and dispute resolution.

Students explore commercial agreements, regulatory requirements, risk management, and industry-specific legal challenges. Graduates are prepared for careers in construction law firms, infrastructure companies, arbitration practices, and commercial advisory roles.

Entry Requirements

  • Academic Records: Recognized bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or an equivalent legal qualification.
  • English Proficiency: IELTS 6.5, TOEFL iBT 88, PTE Academic 61, or equivalent.
  • Academic Background: Knowledge of contract, commercial, or construction law is preferred.
