Course Overview

The MSc Prosthetics & Orthotics provides advanced clinical and technical training in designing, evaluating, and improving assistive devices for individuals with mobility challenges.

Students develop expertise in biomechanics, rehabilitation, patient assessment, and advanced clinical practice. Graduates are prepared for specialist roles in rehabilitation centres, healthcare organisations, research, and medical technology industries.

Entry Requirements

  • Academic Records: Recognized bachelor’s degree in Prosthetics & Orthotics, Rehabilitation Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • English Proficiency: IELTS 6.5–7.0 or equivalent.
  • Academic Background: Background in rehabilitation, biomechanics, or allied health is preferred.
  • Application Materials: Bachelor’s transcripts, CV/resume, personal statement, academic/professional reference(s), and passport copy.
  • Additional Requirements: Clinical experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
