Course Overview
The MSci Pharmacology develops advanced understanding of how medicines interact with biological systems and how new therapies are discovered. Students explore drug mechanisms, molecular pharmacology, disease pathways, laboratory techniques, and research methods.
Graduates are prepared for careers in pharmaceutical research, biotechnology, clinical trials, drug discovery, and advanced scientific research.
Entry Requirements
- Academic Records: High school qualification with outstanding grades in Chemistry and Biology.
- English Proficiency: IELTS 6.5, TOEFL iBT 88, PTE Academic 61, or equivalent.
- Subject Requirements: Chemistry is required; Biology and Mathematics are recommended.
- Application Materials: Academic transcripts, personal statement, academic reference, passport copy, and UCAS application.
- Additional Requirements: Interest in pharmacology and biomedical research is preferred.
