Course Overview

The MSc Human Resources Management develops advanced understanding of strategic HR practices, employee relations, talent management, organisational behaviour, and workplace transformation.

Entry Requirements

  • Academic Records: Recognized bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Sociology, or a related discipline.
  • English Proficiency: IELTS 6.5 (minimum 6.0 in each component), TOEFL iBT 88, PTE Academic 61, or equivalent.
  • Academic Background: Business or HR-related studies are preferred.
  • Application Materials: Bachelor’s transcripts, CV/resume, personal statement, academic reference(s), and passport copy.
  • Additional Requirements: HR or organizational experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
