Course Overview
The Bachelor of Computing and Business (BCB) at Brock University bridges computer science and management, preparing graduates to manage tech-driven business environments. The curriculum merges software engineering, database design, and systems architecture with corporate accounting, marketing, and organizational management.
Students learn to analyze business workflows and implement software solutions to optimize organizational performance. An optional co-op stream provides up to 16 months of professional work experience in tech and corporate firms. Graduates bridge the gap between software technical teams and business executive leadership.
Entry Requirements
- OSSD with a minimum 75-80% overall average
- Grade 12 Academic English (ENG4U, minimum 70%)
- Grade 12 Advanced Functions (MHF4U, minimum 70%) or Calculus & Vectors (MCV4U, minimum 70%)
- A second Grade 12 4U Math course
- IELTS 6.5 overall (no band below 6.0) or TOEFL iBT 88
