Course Overview

This BIB concentration integrates global financial analysis, foreign exchange management, cross-border investment, and international banking systems with intensive language training and a mandatory year studying abroad.

Students learn to navigate global capital markets, hedge currency risks, and structure international corporate finance models. The immersive international study year provides practical exposure to foreign financial markets and regulation. Graduates acquire high-level financial acumen paired with cross-cultural fluency.

Entry Requirements

  • OSSD or equivalent with a minimum overall average of 80-83% in 6 Grade 12 U/M courses
  • Grade 12 Academic English (ENG4U)
  • Grade 12 Advanced Functions (MHF4U)
  • Grade 12 Calculus & Vectors (MCV4U)
  • Proof of English Language Proficiency: IELTS 6.5 overall (no band below 6.0) or TOEFL iBT 86
