Course Overview

Conestoga’s Honours BBA in Accounting, Audit and Information Technology (AAIT) integrates accounting core principles with enterprise IT systems and internal audit automation. Coursework satisfies prerequisite entry requirements for the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) program while building technical expertise in accounting software, database audit tools, and forensic analytics.

The program includes paid co-op work terms with leading accounting firms and corporate finance teams. Students master corporate tax, financial reporting, risk assessment, and IT governance. Graduates acquire a hybrid accounting-IT skill set that is in demand across modern corporate auditing and finance sectors.

Entry Requirements

  • OSSD or equivalent with a minimum cumulative average of 65% across 6 Grade 12 U/M courses
  • Grade 12 Academic English (ENG4U, minimum 60%)
  • Grade 12 Math (MHF4U, MCV4U, or MDM4U, minimum 60%)
  • Four additional Grade 12 U/M academic subjects
  • Proof of English Language Proficiency: IELTS 6.5 overall (no band below 6.0) or TOEFL iBT 88
