PARPL acts as an educational counselling and facilitation partner. We are not a university, college, examination authority, government body, visa authority, or scholarship provider.

4. Eligibility

8. MBBS Admission Predictor
The MBBS Admission Predictor is an informational guidance tool developed to assist students in understanding potential admission opportunities based on historical trends and user-provided information.

  • The Predictor:
    Does not guarantee admission.
  • Does not replace official counselling.
  • Should not be interpreted as legal or academic advice.
  • Is subject to changes in counselling rules, reservation policies, seat availability and regulatory requirements.

Users should verify all admission-related information through the relevant counselling authorities before making decisions.

9. Fees and Payments
Where applicable:

  • Consultancy fees, counselling fees and service charges shall be communicated before the commencement of services.
  • Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, consultancy fees are non-refundable.
  • University tuition fees, hostel fees and other institutional charges shall generally be paid directly to the respective institution unless PARPL specifically advises otherwise.
  • Payments processed through third-party payment gateways remain subject to the terms and policies of those payment providers.

10. Intellectual Property
All content available on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, icons, software, videos, documents, blogs, downloadable materials, trademarks, designs, educational content, digital tools, and branding, is owned by or licensed to PARPL or the Pathway Group and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
