Pathway Academic Resource Private Limited ("PARPL", "we", "our", or "us"), a Pathway Group company, is committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, transparency, and integrity in all aspects of our operations.

This Code of Ethics & Professional Conduct establishes the principles that guide our directors, employees, counsellors, consultants, representatives, interns, contractors, and business partners while delivering educational counselling, admission guidance, and related services.

Our objective is to ensure that every student, parent, institution, and partner receives fair, honest, and professional support throughout their educational journey.

The purpose of this Code is to:

  • Examination results.

Personnel shall never promise or imply guaranteed outcomes where such guarantees cannot legitimately be provided.

8. Ethical Counselling Practices

Counsellors and advisors shall:

  • Respect the aspirations of students.
  • Recommend institutions appropriate to the student's profile.
  • Avoid unnecessary pressure or coercion.
  • Explain available options objectively.
  • Encourage students to verify official information from universities and authorities.
  • Maintain professionalism at all times.

9. Confidentiality

Personnel shall protect confidential information obtained during the course of providing services.

Confidential information includes, but is not limited to:

  • Personal information.
  • Academic records.
  • Identity documents.
  • Financial information.
  • Counselling discussions.
  • University applications.
  • Internal business information.

Confidential information shall only be disclosed where:

  • Authorized by the individual.
  • Required for service delivery.
  • Required by law.
  • Necessary to protect legal rights.

10. Conflict of Interest

Personnel shall avoid situations where personal interests conflict with the interests of students or PARPL.

Any actual, potential, or perceived conflict of interest should be disclosed to the appropriate authority within PARPL.

Examples include:

  • Accepting undisclosed commissions.
  • Recommending institutions for personal benefit rather than student suitability.
  • Personal relationships that may influence professional judgement.
  • Financial interests affecting impartiality.

11. Gifts and Hospitality

Personnel shall not solicit or accept gifts, benefits, or hospitality that may improperly influence professional judgement or create an appearance of bias.

Nominal gifts of customary value may be accepted where permitted by internal policies and applicable laws, provided they do not compromise professional integrity.

12. Anti-Bribery and Corruption

PARPL maintains a zero-tolerance approach towards bribery and corruption.

Personnel shall not:

  • Accept bribes.
  • Provide improper inducements.
  • Facilitate unlawful payments.
  • Engage in fraudulent practices.

  • Avoid unauthorized access to systems.

15. Compliance with Laws

All personnel shall comply with:

Where uncertainty exists, appropriate guidance should be sought before taking action.

16. Reporting Concerns

No person shall be disadvantaged for raising a legitimate concern responsibly.
