Duque Medical Foundation College of Medicine, operating under Lyceum–Northwestern University in Dagupan City, Pangasinan, was established to provide accessible medical education for Northern Luzon while addressing regional healthcare workforce shortages. The Doctor of Medicine program combines comprehensive instruction in biomedical sciences, clinical medicine, surgery, preventive healthcare, and medical research through an integrated, competency-based curriculum. Students undergo clinical clerkship in affiliated hospitals where they gain practical experience across major medical specialties while working with experienced clinicians and healthcare professionals.
