Course Overview
The MSc Mathematical Modelling & Machine Learning combines advanced mathematics with artificial intelligence to solve complex scientific, engineering, and business problems. Students study mathematical modelling, machine learning, optimization, statistical computing, predictive analytics, computational mathematics, and data-driven decision-making through research and practical applications.
The programme develops quantitative reasoning, programming, and analytical skills while addressing multidisciplinary challenges. Students gain expertise in designing mathematical models and intelligent algorithms using modern computational tools. Graduates are prepared for careers in machine learning, quantitative analytics, artificial intelligence, financial modelling, research, and data science.
Entry Requirements
- Certified copy of a recognized bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or Computer Science (minimum 60% or 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale).
- IELTS 6.5 (with no band lower than 6.0), TOEFL iBT 90, PTE 63, or Duolingo 120.
- Advanced mathematics review and algorithmic prerequisite check.
- Official university degree transcripts, updated CV/resume, two letters of recommendation, and statement of purpose.
- Valid passport copy, visa eligibility verification, and academic credential assessment.
