Course Overview
The BSc Human Health and Disease provides students with a scientific understanding of the biological processes underlying human health and disease. Students study anatomy, physiology, immunology, genetics, molecular biology, pathology, biomedical sciences, and disease mechanisms through laboratory-based learning.
The programme develops research skills, analytical thinking, and understanding of healthcare challenges from a scientific perspective. Students gain experience using modern biomedical techniques to investigate health and disease processes. Graduates are prepared for careers in biomedical research, healthcare science, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, clinical research, and postgraduate medical study.
Entry Requirements
- Completion of 10 + 2 (Higher Secondary Certificate) with a minimum aggregate of 85% including Biology, Chemistry, or Physics.
- IELTS 6.5 (with no band less than 6.0), TOEFL iBT 90, PTE 63, or Duolingo 120.
- Human health sciences prerequisite check and secondary school biological science background review.
- Certified 10 + 2 mark sheets, official transcripts, statement of purpose, and academic recommendation letters.
- Valid passport copy, visa eligibility verification, and academic credential assessment.
