The Nutrition option (Co-op) in MSVU’s Applied Human Nutrition program explores the relationships among food, nutrients, the environment, and population health with flexible elective pathways. Students study food science, community nutrition, and human metabolism alongside co-op work terms in agri-food sectors, government agencies, and community services.
The curriculum combines scientific rigor with practical experiential learning in diverse food and wellness environments. Graduates are prepared for careers in food marketing, community health education, or further professional studies.
