Course Overview

Sheridan College’s Honours Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences in Athletic Therapy provides comprehensive education in musculoskeletal assessment, injury prevention, emergency care, physical rehabilitation, and conditioning.

Students engage in intensive theoretical study combined with extensive clinical placement hours working with varsity athletes and community clients. The curriculum aligns with national certification standards for athletic therapists. Entry Requirements

  • OSSD with 6 Grade 12 U/M courses (minimum 65% average)
  • Grade 12 Academic English (ENG4U, minimum 65%)
  • Grade 12 Science (Biology SBI4U recommended, minimum 65%)
  • Grade 12 Mathematics (U level)
  • Proof of English Language Proficiency: IELTS 6.5 overall (no band below 6.0)
