George Brown College’s Honours Bachelor of Commerce (Culinary Management) merges advanced culinary arts and kitchen operations with comprehensive business, marketing, and financial management training. Entry Requirements

  • OSSD with 6 Grade 12 U/M courses and a minimum overall average
  • Grade 12 Academic English (ENG4U, minimum 60%)
  • Grade 12 Mathematics (U level)
  • Four additional Grade 12 U or M academic courses
  • Proof of English Language Proficiency: IELTS 6.5 overall (no band below 6.0) or TOEFL iBT 88
