Course Overview
The Bachelor of Laws (Honours) provides a comprehensive legal education while developing advanced research, analytical, and advocacy skills through an honours-level curriculum. Students study constitutional law, criminal law, contract law, administrative law, commercial law, and legal ethics while undertaking advanced legal research.
The honours component encourages independent investigation of contemporary legal issues under academic supervision. Practical learning enhances legal reasoning, professional communication, and critical analysis through mooting, legal clinics, and case-based studies. Graduates are prepared for legal practice, judicial services, government, corporate legal departments, policy development, and postgraduate legal research.
Entry Requirements
