Course Overview
The Bachelor of Science (Project and Construction Management) provides students with the technical and managerial knowledge required to deliver successful construction and infrastructure projects. The programme covers project planning, construction technology, building information modelling (BIM), cost estimation, sustainability, contract administration, and risk management.
Students develop practical skills through design projects, site-based learning, and industry engagement, gaining an understanding of the complete construction lifecycle. Emphasis is placed on teamwork, leadership, and effective communication in multidisciplinary project environments. Graduates are prepared for careers in construction management, project consultancy, quantity surveying, infrastructure development, and property management.
Entry Requirements
- Completion of 10 + 2 with a minimum 70% aggregate, including Mathematics and Physics/Technical subjects.
- IELTS 6.5 (minimum 6.0 in each band), TOEFL iBT 88, PTE 61, or Duolingo 110.
- Mathematics proficiency verification or aptitude evaluation for structural design concepts.
- High school transcripts, statement of purpose, and academic letters of recommendation.
- Applicants must satisfy programme-specific academic eligibility, and for postgraduate programmes hold a recognised Bachelor’s degree (minimum Second Class Honours Grade 1 or equivalent) in a relevant discipline. Some programmes may also require relevant work experience, an interview, or a portfolio where specified.
