Course Overview
The BSc Adult Nursing prepares students to become skilled healthcare professionals capable of providing compassionate and evidence-based care to adults across hospitals, community healthcare, and specialist clinical environments.
The programme combines anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, healthcare practice, patient assessment, leadership, and extensive clinical placements. Students develop clinical decision-making, communication, and patient management skills required for professional nursing practice and future healthcare leadership roles.
Entry Requirements
- Academic Records: High school qualification (A Levels, IB, CBSE, ISC, or equivalent) with strong grades in Biology or another science subject.
- English Proficiency: IELTS 7.0 overall (minimum as required by NMC) or equivalent.
- Subject Requirements: Biology is preferred; Chemistry, Psychology, or Health & Social Care is advantageous.
- Application Materials: Academic transcripts, personal statement, academic reference, passport copy, and UCAS application.
- Additional Requirements: Interview, occupational health assessment, and DBS clearance may be required.
