Course Overview
The BSc Construction Management and Engineering equips students with the technical and managerial expertise required to plan, design, and deliver construction and infrastructure projects. Students explore construction technology, structural engineering, building information modelling (BIM), project planning, quantity surveying, contract management, and sustainable construction practices.
Practical learning includes design projects, site visits, and industry placements that strengthen technical competence and leadership skills. The programme develops the ability to manage complex construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and environmental responsibility. Graduates pursue careers in construction management, engineering consultancy, project planning, infrastructure development, and property management.
Entry Requirements
- Completion of 10 + 2 with a minimum aggregate of 70% to 75% including Mathematics and Technical Drawing/Physics.
- IELTS 6.5 (with no band less than 6.0), TOEFL iBT 90, PTE 61, or Duolingo 110.
- Technical drawing aptitude and secondary school mathematics competency review.
- High school transcripts, statement of purpose, and academic letters of recommendation.
- Health and safety site orientation readiness check.
