The Bachelor of Science in Nursing at UNBC delivers comprehensive clinical education, patient care theory, pharmacology, pathology, and human anatomy. Students engage in hands-on clinical simulation labs and complete extensive practice rotations in regional hospitals, rural clinics, and public health agencies.
The curriculum emphasizes rural and northern healthcare delivery, indigenous health equity, and evidence-based nursing practice. Graduates are fully eligible to write the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN) to practice as Registered Nurses.
