- MCAT required (Avg ~503) or LECOM AIS score. NEET-UG not accepted.
- US Citizens & PRs. Internationals evaluated w/ US prerequisites & funding proof.
- TOEFL iBT ≥ 80 / IELTS ≥ 6.5 if undergrad outside US.
- AACOMAS; LECOM Secondary; 2 LORs (1 science, 1 physician); WES/ECE evaluation; background check.
