Course Overview
The Master of Health Leadership and Management prepares healthcare professionals and aspiring leaders to effectively manage health services and lead organisational change within complex healthcare systems. Students study healthcare management, strategic leadership, quality improvement, health economics, policy, governance, and workforce management.
The program develops capabilities in decision-making, financial management, service delivery, and organisational leadership through practical case studies and applied projects. Strong emphasis is placed on innovation, patient-centred care, and improving healthcare performance in diverse settings. Graduates are well equipped for leadership and management roles in hospitals, health departments, community health services, private healthcare organisations, and international health systems.
Entry Requirements
- Recognized Bachelor degree in a health-related discipline with a credit average (65%+).
- English Proficiency: IELTS 6.5 overall (min 6.0 in sub-scores) or equivalent.
- Foundational understanding of health systems and service delivery.
- Academic transcripts and degree credentials.
- Minimum 1–2 years of health industry work or managerial experience; current CV.
