Course Overview
The Master of Science (Corporate Finance) provides advanced knowledge of financial management, investment analysis, corporate valuation, and capital markets. Students explore topics such as mergers and acquisitions, financial modelling, risk management, and strategic financial decision-making while developing strong quantitative and analytical skills.
The programme combines theoretical frameworks with practical financial applications using real-world business cases and market analysis. Students learn to evaluate complex financial challenges and support organizational growth through informed investment decisions. Graduates are prepared for careers in investment banking, corporate finance, financial consulting, asset management, and multinational organizations.
Entry Requirements
- Certified copy of a recognized bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business (minimum 55% or 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale).
- IELTS 6.5 (minimum 6.0 in each band), TOEFL iBT 88, PTE 61, or Duolingo 110.
- GMAT/GRE scores (optional) and quantitative financial coursework verification.
- Updated CV/resume, degree transcripts, statement of purpose, and two academic/professional recommendations.
- Applicants must satisfy programme-specific academic eligibility, and for postgraduate programmes hold a recognised Bachelor’s degree (minimum Second Class Honours Grade 1 or equivalent) in a relevant discipline. Some programmes may also require relevant work experience, an interview, or a portfolio where specified.
