Entry Requirements
- Academic Records: Recognized Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering, or a closely related field with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent).
- English Proficiency: IELTS Academic 6.5, TOEFL iBT 79–89, EmSAT English 1550+, or equivalent.
- Additional Tests/Interviews: Professional work experience in engineering or construction management is preferred; interview with the Academic Dean or Program Director upon request.
- Application Materials: Professional CV/resume, statement of purpose detailing career objectives, two letters of recommendation, and official university transcripts.
- Ministry Attestation: Degree Attestation and Equivalency Certificate from the UAE Ministry of Education.
