Course Overview

The MSc Applied Sport and Exercise Medicine develops advanced knowledge of sports injury management, exercise physiology, rehabilitation, performance enhancement, and athlete health.

Students explore evidence-based approaches to injury prevention, recovery, and exercise prescription. Graduates are prepared for careers in sports medicine, elite sports organisations, rehabilitation centres, research institutions, and healthcare performance teams.

Entry Requirements

  • Academic Records: Recognized bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Physiotherapy, Medicine, Exercise Science, or a related discipline.
  • English Proficiency: IELTS 6.5, TOEFL iBT 88, PTE Academic 61, or equivalent.
  • Academic Background: Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and sports medicine is preferred.
  • Application Materials: Bachelor’s transcripts, CV/resume, personal statement, academic reference(s), and passport copy.
  • Additional Requirements: Clinical, rehabilitation, or sports science experience is beneficial but not compulsory.
