Course Overview
The MSc Biotherapeutics focuses on the development, production, and application of advanced biological medicines for healthcare. Students study biotechnology-based therapies, protein engineering, immunology, molecular biology, bioprocessing, pharmaceutical development, and regulatory considerations through research-led learning.
The programme develops expertise in designing and evaluating innovative therapeutic products such as biologics and advanced medicines. Students gain practical knowledge of modern biotechnology processes and healthcare applications. Graduates are prepared for careers in biopharmaceutical industries, biotechnology research, pharmaceutical development, clinical research, regulatory affairs, and advanced biomedical science.
Entry Requirements
- Certified copy of a recognized bachelor’s degree in Plant Sciences, Botany, Agriculture, or Biotechnology (minimum 60% or 3.0 GPA).
- IELTS 6.5 (with no band lower than 6.0), TOEFL iBT 90, PTE 63, or Duolingo 120.
- Plant biology domain check and research experience evaluation.
- Official university degree transcripts, updated CV/resume, two letters of recommendation, and statement of purpose.
- Valid passport copy, visa eligibility verification, and academic credential assessment.
