MSc Construction Project Management – WIT
Course Overview
The MSc Construction Project Management prepares students to successfully manage complex construction projects from planning through completion. Students study project planning, contract administration, construction law, cost management, risk analysis, procurement, sustainability, and building information modelling through practical industry-based projects.
The programme develops leadership, communication, and organizational skills required to deliver construction projects safely, efficiently, and within budget. Students gain expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams and modern construction technologies. Graduates are prepared for careers in construction management, project consultancy, infrastructure development, and property management.
Entry Requirements
- Certified copy of a recognized Level 8 bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or Surveying (minimum 55% or 3.0 GPA).
- IELTS 6.5 (with no band less than 6.0), TOEFL iBT 88, PTE 58, or Duolingo 115.
- Technical background evaluation in construction technology, built environment, or civil engineering.
- Detailed CV/resume, official university transcripts, statement of purpose, and two professional LORs.
- Credential verification and online technical interview upon request.
