Course Overview
The MSc Human Resource Management develops advanced knowledge of managing people, organizational performance, and workplace strategy within modern business environments. Students study talent management, employment law, organizational behaviour, leadership, employee relations, learning and development, and human resource analytics through research-informed teaching and practical case studies.
The programme strengthens communication, negotiation, and strategic decision-making skills required to manage diverse workforces effectively. Students gain expertise in designing HR strategies that support organizational growth and employee wellbeing. Graduates are prepared for careers in human resources, organizational development, recruitment, consulting, and corporate leadership.
Entry Requirements
- Certified copy of a recognized Level 8 bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, Humanities, or Psychology (minimum 60% or 2.1 Honours / 3.0 GPA).
- IELTS 6.5 (with 6.5 in writing and speaking, 6.0 in other bands), TOEFL iBT 92, PTE 63, or Duolingo 120.
- Organisational behavior background check or HR professional experience review.
- Updated CV/resume, degree transcripts, statement of purpose, and two academic/professional LORs.
- Academic writing sample or candidate interview upon request.
