Course Overview
The MSc Human Resource Management prepares graduates to manage people strategically while supporting organizational performance and employee development. Students study talent acquisition, organizational behaviour, employment law, performance management, leadership, learning and development, and employee wellbeing through research-informed teaching and practical case studies.
The programme develops communication, negotiation, and analytical skills required to address workplace challenges in dynamic business environments. Students learn to design effective HR strategies that promote organizational success and employee engagement. Graduates are prepared for careers in human resources, organizational development, recruitment, employee relations, and management consulting.
Entry Requirements
- Certified copy of a recognized bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, or Humanities (minimum 55% or a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale).
- IELTS 6.5 (with no band less than 6.0), TOEFL iBT 90, PTE 61, or Duolingo 110.
- Organizational behavior background evaluation or interview with the admissions panel.
- Updated CV/resume, certified university transcripts, statement of purpose, and two letters of recommendation.
- Professional membership verification (e.g., CIPD alignment) where applicable.
