Course Overview
The MSc Real Estate develops advanced knowledge of property markets, real estate investment, valuation, urban development, and property management. Students study property economics, finance, planning, sustainability, asset management, construction, and real estate law while analysing industry case studies and completing applied research.
The programme strengthens analytical, financial, and negotiation skills required for strategic property decision-making. Students gain practical understanding of commercial and residential property markets within national and international contexts. Graduates are prepared for careers in real estate investment, property valuation, development, consultancy, and asset management.
Entry Requirements
- Certified copy of a recognized bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction, Architecture, or relevant field (minimum 55% or a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale).
- IELTS 6.5 (with no band lower than 6.0), TOEFL iBT 89, PTE 58, or Duolingo 120.
- Industry relevance assessment and prerequisite background check.
- Official university degree transcripts, updated CV/resume, two letters of recommendation, and statement of purpose.
- Valid passport copy, visa eligibility verification, and academic credential assessment.
