Course Overview
The Bachelor of Nursing at NorthTec prepares students to become competent and compassionate registered nurses through a combination of classroom learning, simulation laboratories, and extensive clinical placements. Entry Requirements
- University Entrance (UE) standard with required NCEA Level 3 credits in approved subjects
- Specific prerequisite credits in English and science disciplines (Biology/Chemistry/Physics)
- English language competency meeting Nursing Council of New Zealand standards (IELTS 6.5+)
- Satisfactory completion of health screening, safety checks, and police vetting
