Course Overview
The LLM International and European Business Law provides advanced legal knowledge of international commercial activities and European business regulations. Students study corporate law, international trade law, competition law, commercial transactions, financial regulation, and European legal frameworks through advanced legal research.
The programme develops expertise in analysing complex legal issues affecting global businesses. Students strengthen legal research, negotiation, and advisory skills required in international commercial environments. Graduates are prepared for careers in international law firms, corporate legal departments, regulatory organizations, and multinational businesses.
Entry Requirements
- Certified copy of a recognized Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or law-heavy degree (minimum 60% / 2.1 Honours or 3.0 GPA).
- IELTS 6.5 (with no band lower than 6.0), TOEFL iBT 90, PTE 63, or Duolingo 120.
- Commercial/business law background review and writing sample/SOP check.
- Official university degree transcripts, updated CV/resume, two letters of recommendation, and statement of purpose.
- Valid passport copy, visa eligibility verification, and academic credential assessment.
