Course Overview
The LLM International Commercial Law focuses on the legal frameworks governing international trade, business transactions, and global commerce. Students study international contracts, corporate law, trade regulation, commercial arbitration, financial law, and cross-border transactions through advanced legal research.
The programme develops expertise in analysing complex commercial legal issues within international business environments. Students strengthen negotiation, research, and advisory skills required for global legal practice. Graduates are prepared for careers in international law firms, multinational corporations, financial institutions, arbitration bodies, and legal consultancy.
Entry Requirements
- Certified copy of a recognized Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or law-heavy degree (minimum 60% or a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale).
- IELTS 6.5 (with no band lower than 6.0), TOEFL iBT 90, PTE 63, or Duolingo 120.
- Legal academic transcript review and legal writing sample/SOP check.
- Official university degree transcripts, updated CV/resume, two letters of recommendation, and statement of purpose.
- Valid passport copy, visa eligibility verification, and academic credential assessment.
