Course Overview
The BCL (Hons) Law (Clinical) combines legal education with supervised practical experience that enables students to apply legal knowledge in real-world settings. Students study constitutional law, criminal law, contract law, tort law, legal ethics, advocacy, and legal research while participating in clinical legal practice and client-focused learning.
The programme develops legal reasoning, professional responsibility, communication, and problem-solving skills through experiential education. Students gain valuable insight into legal processes while working on practical legal issues. Entry Requirements
- Completion of 10 + 2 (Higher Secondary Certificate) with a minimum aggregate of 80% including English.
- IELTS 6.5 (with no band lower than 6.0), TOEFL iBT 90, PTE 63, or Duolingo 120.
- Legal aptitude review and clinical law interest check.
- Certified 10 + 2 mark sheets, official transcripts, statement of purpose, and academic recommendation letters.
- Valid passport copy, visa eligibility verification, and academic credential assessment.
