Course Overview
The MSc International Law & Business combines legal studies with business knowledge to prepare students for complex global commercial environments. Students study international business regulation, corporate governance, trade law, commercial transactions, international markets, and strategic management through interdisciplinary learning.
The programme develops analytical, negotiation, and strategic decision-making skills required in international organizations. Entry Requirements
- Certified copy of a recognized Bachelor of Laws (LLB), IT Law, or relevant degree (minimum 60% or 3.0 GPA).
- IELTS 6.5 (with no band lower than 6.0), TOEFL iBT 90, PTE 63, or Duolingo 120.
- IP and tech law domain check and legal writing evaluation.
- Official university degree transcripts, updated CV/resume, two letters of recommendation, and statement of purpose.
- Valid passport copy, visa eligibility verification, and academic credential assessment.
